Eartha Pond

Trustee

Eartha Pond is a social entrepreneur, campaigner and community leader dedicated to safer, healthier and more inclusive environments for young people and families. Founder of the ESP Foundation and Girls Allowed, she builds impactful partnerships that expand wellbeing, education and opportunities. A former professional footballer, educator and elected councillor, Eartha combines lived experience with strategic leadership, championing social justice, safeguarding and youth empowerment across communities and institutions.

Geoffrey White

Company Secretary

Geoffrey is a retired long-standing partner of the international law firm Clifford Chance LLP where he specialised in international finance from the London, Tokyo and New York offices of the firm.

Teresa Clay OBE

Chair of Trustees

Teresa is a former civil servant who has led reforms in local government pensions, housing, fire and transport. She has a profound commitment to improving life chances for young people, as a long serving school governor and former chair of the Walcot Foundation, and now at The Avenues.

Julia Court

Trustee

Julia joined the board of Avenues in 2016, having previously worked with The Avenues on a pro bono basis. She is a partner at Addleshaw Goddard specialising for over 20 years in construction and major projects in the UK and internationally. Julia has managed specialist teams within a number of law firms and is particularly interested in talent development and wellbeing.

Outside of work she enjoys music, art and sport. In early 2020, Julia organised a fundraising concert for The Avenues, featuring our young people and stars of Hamilton The Musical.

Keir Tutt

Vice Chair

Keir has spent most of his career in driving change in companies which have a mission driven purpose behind them, Keir is currently the Operations Director at Manpower, a company whose mission is to help put people into work. Keir has a passion for ensuring people are given as many opportunities as possible, something which fits with The Avenues and the desire to help young people.

Keir’s main passion outside work is sport, having played rugby for many years. Keir has spent the last 15 years coaching youth football teams, again providing opportunities for young people to develop, both in a sporting and a social context.

Louisa Gregory

Trustee

Elad Brindt-Shavit

TRUSTEE

Elad is a senior tech and business leader with twenty years across Meta, Microsoft and high growth startups. He joined The Avenues board in 2025, contributing strategic leadership in marketing, digital growth, community building and fundraising. He is committed to inclusion and LGBTQ+ advocacy, and outside work enjoys time with his family along with theatre, travel and fitness.

Shivani Dodhia

TRUSTEE

Shivani joined The Avenues in 2020, first as Administrator then as Operations Manager.  She developed a strong understanding of how the charity operates and the important role it plays within the community.  She built strong relationships across the organisation and developed a real passion for working with young people and creating a meaningful impact.

After leaving The Avenues, Shivani continued her journey as Senior Programmes Manager at Youth Beyond Borders (YBB), a youth-first creative agency.  YBB focuses on developing and empowering young people by creating strategies, experiences, and campaigns that help brands connect with the next generation.

Having returned to The Avenues as a Trustee, Shivani brings on-the-ground experience, operational knowledge, and a continued commitment to supporting young people and the community.

Alexander Kubeyinje

TRUSTEE

Alexander is a qualified social worker and has practised in child protection in senior roles in the boroughs of Lambeth, Bedford and Southend-on-Sea.  He was born and bred in the London Borough of Lambeth, growing up on a south London council estate.  There he faced many challenges which has shaped his desire to give back to communities and young people.

He has been actively involved in his local community as a coach and holds an FA coaching badge.  He is currently National Director of Safeguarding at the Church of England.

Alexander is honoured to be a trustee of Avenues and is passionate about working with young people, supporting them to reach their true potential.
