Hire our space
The Avenues Youth Project is located between Notting Hill and Queen’s Park and is a 2-storey building that offers favourable rates of hire to groups, organisations, or casual hirers. Our centre offers a classroom, large hall, dance studio, professional kitchen, screening room and music studios.
Hall hire
Our hall space offers a bright, modern, central London venue for meetings, events and children’s parties starting at an affordable rate of £50 per hour for community hires. Holding up to 150 people we can provide tables and chairs for up to 100, with an adjoining reception area and catering kitchen.
We welcome bookings from charities and the voluntary sector, public and private sectors, and individuals.
Available Sundays and some evenings.
Kitchen hire
Our brand new kitchen features 3 combi ovens, 5 induction hobs, under-counter fridges, prep counters, hand wash basin, and commercial extraction.
It is suitable for education, staff training or event production, during daytime and at weekends at a rate of £40 per hour, with discounts possible for charitable causes and long rentals.
All rental use needs to fit around our youth work sessions, so no hire is possible after 3.30pm Monday – Friday, all day Saturdays or throughout school holidays.
Music studio hire
Our newly renovated music studios consist of a production room with vocal booth, live room, and radio/podcast/DJ room. Featuring the latest industry-standard equipment our studios are suitable for recording, mixing, mastering, podcasts, voiceovers.
Recording engineer by arrangement.
Available daytime and some evenings.
Dance studio hire
Our medium-sized studio is available for dance, yoga, music, casting, rehearsals, private training, workshops and photoshoots. Reasonable rates, dependent on hire purpose.
Regular bookings require a minimum of 2 consecutive hours per week. All rental use needs to fit around our youth work sessions, so no hire is possible after 3.30pm Monday – Friday, all day Saturdays or throughout school holidays.
