Our fully-equipped recording studio is run by music industry professionals, giving you the chance to write, perform and record your own tracks in whatever genre you love.

For the most serious we run an evening course (Mic Drop) to develop creative and technical skills.

Avenues Radio studio is open to all young people to create your own radio show and broadcast to the world.

Judo is a fun way to get fit and confident, learn self-defence and improve discipline. Our sessions on Saturdays are taken by judo experts Moberly Stars.

Like everything at The Avenues, it’s free and all levels are welcome.

Led by our professional coach, our dance sessions are fun and energetic, and include street dance, jazz, contemporary and dance fusion. Held at our Girls’ Hub nights with one group for beginners and one for intermediaries.

Always popular, we run a range of sessions in our professional kitchen for all ages.

From basic skills to cooking amazing healthy meals, you’ll love to learn with us, and you get to eat what you prepare.

Football, basketball, dodgeball, judo and circuit training take place in our hall, and in the summer we get outdoors.

Get fit, have fun, live healthily. Boys and girls of all levels are welcome. 

Our youth workers are trained to listen to young people and support them when things aren’t great.

We even train some of older members to become mentors so they too can help others.

Trips to London theatres, ice-skating, trampolining, art galleries, recording studios, work experience, football tournaments…

A few lucky ones get 3 to 4 night stays in activity centres outside London.

Above all The Avenues is about enjoying yourself and making new friends.

Play FIFA on the giant screen, table-football, pool, table tennis, chess, movies, computer sessions.

For those who need a bit of extra support after school, our tutors can help you in English and maths, from Year 4 to GCSE level. And if you just need somewhere quiet to study we can offer you that too.
